- 1/2 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tblsp chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeno half.
